Heidy Concha - Pan De Huevo

Traditional bakeries use minimal ingredients for an average Concha while my mom's recipe for her "Heidy Concha" has a quality amount of ingredients 💗 . 

The average bakery uses just 30% the amount of egg in their recipe then my mom uses. They do this to save on costs, my mom does not take this route, and makes her concha as soft, fluffy, and perfect as possible.
